i liked the service an the appliances made avaliable an the curtains an the car park space

hard to see sign because tree blocks it on both sides of the road, didnt say any info on whether not we could cook in the unit we rented an pool wasnt usable but i do know that its the cold season an not many people would swim

Parking was difficult. I drove to the parking area in front of my room but the car park was full. There was no where to turn around so I had to reverse back around the corner through 4 concrete pillars. Very difficult maneuver.

Not enough beds, no blankets, no toilet paper, bright light on all night right outside windows so no sleep. Could hear neighbour using toilet at all hours.

We stayed for ed Sheran and found it adequate for a single night stay

Lack of maintenance, sign at front made us think what have we booked!! Security gate didnt work. Pool was empty

the bed was very uncomfortable and only had a sheet on we had to go looking for the blanket which were in cupboard but only one per bed and was still cold. the hairdryer wouldn't work.

Stayed for 2 nights TV reception was very poor. Very few channels to choose from. Laundry advertised was not available. No hand towels and only one face cloth for 2 people both days but very clean .

Location was good.

The hosts could have been more attentive - they didn't show us to our room, they just gave us the key and told us about how to work the lights. No password was offered for the free Wifi. We were told we could park at the back but when we returned from an evening out there were no parks, we had to park at the front and walk down the drive in the rain. Pillows were a little hard and the security chain by the door didn't work.

we were a group of six people, there was two towels instead of six, there was one face cloth and one hand towel, one and a 1/4 toilet rolls the heaters weren't working properly. the size of the rubbish bin was not reasonable for the amount of people in the room. we didn't have our own park outside our room we had to go around the back to the muddy area and the lighting was pretty dim. not very happy at all.there wasnt a variety of channels for people that like music or if we had kids there was no cartoons we had some sky channels but not all.
